Wherever there was a Raghupati, there were all the gods with their shaktis, and all beings of the world. The gods worshipped the Lord in many guises, but Rama's own form never changed: many Raghupatis with Sita, yet one form. The same Raghubar, the same Lakshmana and Sita. Seeing this, Sati was terrified. Her heart shook, she lost awareness of her body, and she sat on the path with eyes closed. When she opened them, she saw nothing. Bowing again and again to Rama's feet, she went to where Shiva sat. The doha: Mahesh smiled, asked if all was well, and said: how did you test him? Tell me everything as it was.
