Manu asks to see the Lord's form

Manu prays: hear me, You who are a wishing tree and wishing cow to Your servants, whose foot-dust Brahma, Hari and Hara revere, easy to win by service, giver of all joy, guardian of those who bow, Lord of all that moves and stands still. If You love us, friend of the helpless, be pleased and grant this boon: let us fill our eyes with that form which dwells in Shiva's mind, for which munis strive, the swan in the lake of Bhushundi's mind, praised by the Vedas as with and without qualities. Be gracious, remover of the sorrow of those who bow. The couple's soft, humble words, steeped in love, pleased Him, and the Lord who loves His devotees, who dwells in all, appeared, His beauty shaming countless Kamadevas.
