Rama calls Bharata the swan of the Raghu line
Rama piles up impossibilities. Darkness may swallow the noon sun, a cloud may fail to meet the sky, Agastya may drown in a cow's hoofprint, the earth may lose her patience, a mosquito's breath may blow away Meru; still, brother, pride of rule will not touch Bharata. I swear by you and by our father, there is no brother as pure as Bharata. The Creator mixes virtue and fault like milk and water. Bharata, a swan born in the lake of the Solar line, separated the two, drank the milk of virtue, left the water of fault, and lit the world with his fame. Speaking of Bharata's virtues, Rama sinks in an ocean of love. The devas, seeing his love for Bharata, praise him: who is as gracious as Rama?
