A temple endowment record in which the numeral zero is written as a small circle, the oldest such zero in stone whose date is certain.

What it says

In the reign of the Pratihara king Bhojadeva, the town gave the temple a plot of 270 by 187 hastas for a flower garden, and the guild of gardeners undertook to supply 50 garlands every day. Both 270 and 50 are written with the round zero.
