Prabhuvasu Angirasa sings in gayatri. He asks Soma Pavamana to flow with a stream that brings broad wealth and helps us find the light. Indu is asked to stir the ocean and set all things moving, holding riches with his strength. With Soma as a hero, may we who have heroes overcome those who attack; let him pour choice treasure. A seer seeking prize, he hastens to the contest, knowing the vratas and the weapons. With songs the singers clothe the purifying Soma, guardian of the people. All folk uphold his vrata, the lord of dharma, rich in goods.
