What happens in this chapter Dravinodas drinks with the seasons A companion to the previous sukta, in jagati, by Gritsamada. The first four verses invite Dravinodas, the giver of wealth, to drink Soma with the seasons, from the hotri's cup, the potri's and the neshtri's, and finally from the fourth, unmixed, immortal cup. Vanaspati is asked to be firm and unharmed. The fifth verse calls the two Ashvins to yoke their man-bearing chariot, come here to unharness, and drink Soma mixed with honey. The last verse asks Agni to enjoy the fuel, the offering, the prayer and the praise, and to let all the devas, eager as they are, drink with the season.
