The offering that turns victory toward the king

Abhivarta Angirasa speaks for the king in anushtubh. By the abhivarta offering with which Indra prevailed, Brahmanaspati, turn us toward kingship. Prevail over rivals and over those who are stingy toward us; stand over the one who attacks and the one who would harm us. The deva Savitar and Soma have turned you to victory, and all beings, so that you may be victorious. The offering by which Indra became glorious and highest has been made, and I have become without rival: a rival-slayer, the realm before me, overpowering, so that I may rule over these beings and this people.
