What happens in this chapter
In every universe, the same child Rama
In each world, Bhushundi tells Garuda, there was a different Brahma, a different Vishnu, Shiva, Manu and guardians of the quarters; every creature, every earth, river and mountain was of another sort. In every cosmic egg he saw his own form too, and many matchless things. In every world he saw an Avadhpuri, a Sarayu, different men and women, a Dasharatha and Kausalya, and Bharata and the brothers in varied forms. In every universe Rama had taken avatar, and Bhushundi watched his generous childhood play. All else was different, but in countless worlds he never saw another Rama: the same childhood, the same beauty, the same gracious Raghubira, as he wandered on, blown by the wind of delusion.
