In Rama's reign no one is touched by the three sufferings, of body, of fate, or from other beings. All love one another and keep their own dharma as the Shruti teaches. Dharma stands on all four feet, and sin is not seen even in dreams. Men and women alike are devoted to Rama and fit for the highest goal. No one dies young or lives in pain; every body is handsome and healthy. No one is poor, wretched or ignorant. All are free of hypocrisy, skilled, learned, grateful and without cunning. Kakbhushundi tells Garuda that in Rama's rule nothing moving or still suffers from time, karma, nature or the gunas.
