Shiva points out the princes to the Devas

Shiva tells them: the very Sita and Rama whose names, spoken in the world, destroy the root of every misfortune and put the four aims of life in one's palm. So Kamari explains, and drives his fine bull forward. The Devas see Dasharatha going, his mind full of joy and his body thrilling. Beside him shine his four lovely sons, as if every kind of liberation had taken a body. Seeing the pairs, emerald-dark and golden, the Devas feel great love. Then, beholding Shri Rama, they rejoice, praise the king and shower flowers. Shiva, with Uma, gazes again and again at Rama's form, lovely from toe to crown, his body thrilling and his eyes full of tears.
