Will the tender prince lift Shiva's bow

Another says: you have spoken well, friend; this marriage would be good for everyone. But one objects: Shankara's bow is hard and heavy, and this dark boy is tender of body. Another answers softly: friend, some say of Him that He looks small but His power is great. Ahalya, laden with sin, was saved by touching the dust of His lotus feet. Will such a one stay without breaking Shiva's bow? Do not give up this trust, even by mistake. The Creator who fashioned Sita with care has thought this out and made the dark groom for her. Hearing her, all rejoice and say softly, so be it. The women shower flowers, and wherever the two brothers go, there is supreme joy.
