यह रहस्य काहू नहिँ जाना । दिन-मनि चले करत गुन गाना ॥
देखि महोत्सव सुर मुनि नागा । चले भवन बरनत निज भागा ॥
yaha rahasya kāhū nahim̐ jānā | dina-mani cale karata guna gānā ||
dekhi mahotsava sura muni nāgā | cale bhavana baranata nija bhāgā ||

No one learns this secret, and the Sun moves on at last singing the Lord's praise. Devas, munis and nagas, having seen the festival, go home speaking of their good fortune. Shiva then confesses a theft of his own to Girija, whose mind is firm: Kakabhushundi and I were both there in human form, and no one knew us. Swelling with supreme joy and love, we roamed the lanes lost to ourselves. Only one on whom Rama's grace rests can know this holy deed. At that time the king gives each person whatever he wishes, however he came: elephants, chariots, horses, gold, cows, diamonds and many kinds of cloth. Everyone is content and blesses the children everywhere: may all the sons live long, these Lords of Tulsidas.
