The ascetic invites the king to stay

The ascetic took him to his ashrama. Seeing the sun had set, he gave him a seat and spoke softly: who are you, and why does a handsome young man wander the forest alone, careless of his life? You bear the marks of an emperor; seeing you, I feel great pity. The king said: hear, great muni, I am a minister of King Pratapbhanu; I lost my way while hunting and by great fortune have come to your feet. The muni said: son, it is dark, and your city is seventy yojanas away. The night is fearful, the forest deep, there is no path; stay tonight and go at dawn. Tulsidas observes that as destiny is, such help arrives.
