Who speaks against the Veda about Rama

Shiva describes such people. They are ignorant, unlearned, blind and unlucky; the moss of sense objects coats the mirror of their minds. They say things against the Veda, unable to tell gain from loss. With a dirty mirror and no eyes, how can the poor wretches see Rama's form? Those who cannot discern either the formless or the form babble many made-up words. Like the windy, the possessed and the drunk, they do not speak with thought; do not lend an ear to those who have drunk the wine of great delusion. Weigh this in your heart, Shiva says; give up doubt and worship Rama's feet. My words are rays of the sun against the darkness of confusion.
