Shiva absorbed in Rama before speaking

Parvati asks further: explain the truth in which wise sages are absorbed, and describe devotion, knowledge, realisation and detachment with their divisions; tell the many other secrets of Rama, Lord of pure discernment, and do not hide even what I have not asked. The Vedas call you guru of the three worlds; what can other lowly beings know? Uma's natural, guileless questions please Shiva's heart. All of Rama's deeds rise in Hara's heart; his body thrills and his eyes fill. The form of Shri Raghunatha enters his heart, and he knows supreme bliss beyond measure. For two dandas he stays immersed in the joy of meditation, then draws his mind outward, and gladly Mahesha begins to tell the deeds of Raghupati.
