Bharata finds Rama's footprints in the dust

Hearing his friend and seeing the tree, Bharata's eyes overflow. The two brothers walk on bowing. They rejoice at the marks of Rama's feet, like a pauper who finds the philosopher's stone. They put that dust on head, heart and eyes. Seeing Bharata's state, even birds, beasts and lifeless things are lost in love. Guha, overcome, forgets the way, and the devas show him the path and rain flowers. Siddhas praise it. Had Bharata's feeling not come to earth, who would make the unmoving move and the moving still? Rama drew it out, as nectar from the ocean, churned by the Mandara of separation, for the good of saints.
