Hearing the muni, Rama is abashed and filled with the joy of bhava and bhakti. Then Raghubara praises the sage's fame in countless ways to everyone: he alone is great and the home of all virtues whom you, lord of munis, honour. The sage and Raghubira bow to each other and feel a happiness beyond words. Hearing the news, the people of Prayag, young students, ascetics, munis, siddhas and renunciants, all come to Bharadvaja's ashram to see the handsome sons of Dasharatha. Rama bows to all; they bless him and go home praising his beauty. Rama rests there that night, bathes at Prayag in the morning, bows joyfully to the muni and sets off with Sita, Lakshmana and Guha.
