Soma for Indra and Brihaspati
Six gayatri verses of Vamadeva Gautama to Indra and Brihaspati together. This dear oblation is placed in your mouth, Indra and Brihaspati, and the hymn and the gladdening draught are recited. This lovely soma is poured round for you to drink and rejoice. Come to our house, soma-drinkers, to drink the soma. Grant us wealth of a hundred cows, with horses, a thousandfold. We call you with songs when the soma is pressed. Drink the soma in the giver's house and rejoice, making it your home.
अ॒यं वां॒ परि॑ षिच्यते॒ सोम॑ इन्द्राबृहस्पती ।
चारु॒र्मदा॑य पी॒तये॑
ayaṃ vāṃ pari ṣicyate soma indrābṛhaspatī |
cārurmadāya pītaye
आ न॑ इन्द्राबृहस्पती गृ॒हमिन्द्र॑श्च गच्छतम् ।
सो॒म॒पा सोम॑पीतये
ā na indrābṛhaspatī gṛhamindraśca gacchatam |

अ॒स्मे इ॑न्द्राबृहस्पती र॒यिं ध॑त्तं शत॒ग्विन॑म् ।
अश्वा॑वन्तं सह॒स्रिण॑म्

aśvāvantaṃ sahasriṇam
इन्द्रा॒बृह॒स्पती॑ व॒यं सु॒ते गी॒र्भिर्ह॑वामहे ।
अ॒स्य सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॑
indrābṛhaspatī vayaṃ sute gīrbhirhavāmahe |
asya somasya pītaye
सोम॑मिन्द्राबृहस्पती॒ पिब॑तं दा॒शुषो॑ गृ॒हे ।
मा॒दये॑थां॒ तदो॑कसा
somamindrābṛhaspatī pibataṃ dāśuṣo gṛhe |
mādayethāṃ tadokasā
