Soma with milk and barley for Indra

Nine gayatri verses of Vishvamitra calling Indra to Soma mixed with milk. Indra is asked to come with his bays to the pressed juice, pressed with stones and set on the barhis, for drinking it brings him satisfaction. The rishi's songs have gone to turn him toward the drink. Shatakratu is asked to take the pressed Somas into his belly. The singers know him as winner of wealth and bold in contests, and seek his favour. He is to drink Soma blended with milk and with barley, pressed by bulls. The Kushikas, seeking help, call the ancient Indra to drink.
