What happens in this chapter The Ribhus shaped chariot, horses and youth With skill the Ribhus shaped a well-turning chariot and the two bay horses that carry Indra; they shaped youth for their parents and a mother to stand by her calf. Kutsa Angirasa praises them in jagati. Shape for us too, he asks, vigour for the yajna, food rich in offspring, gain for chariot and horse, a victory that overcomes kin and stranger in battle. He calls Indra lord of the Ribhus, the Maruts, Mitra-Varuna and the Ashvins to speed us to the prize.
